Welcome to the UT High School Demo Course. We have compiled some course material from several of our courses for you to explore. You should also know the following:

Our courses are designed and written by certified Texas teachers and are fully aligned to the TEKS.
Our design process was informed by the work of Jay McTighe and Grant Wiggins as set forth in Understanding By Design.
All our new courses are written using the 5E model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate). The 5 E model allows students and teachers to experience common activities, to use and build on prior knowledge and experience, to construct meaning, and to continually assess understanding of concepts.
Each course provides a variety of formative and summative assessment types, including self-assessments, computer-graded assessments, and teacher-graded assessments.
Each course contains a complete syllabus.
Each course has final exams and final exam review sheets with sample questions.
Each course includes a glossary.
